3.2. Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is incorrect or defective.
- It’s recommended to use a traceable shipping service. Tovni not responsible for items lost in transit.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
- If you need to exchange it for a different size or color, please first make a return and then place a new order on our website.

- Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded, but they can be exchanged.
- If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
